Delivery Partners & Proof of Delivery

All UAE deliveries are handled by Careem Deliveries.
Every shipment requires a signature or driver app confirmation from the registered customer. We retain this proof of delivery for our records and can provide a copy on request.

Processing & Dispatch

1. Order placed – Customer completes checkout and receives an instant payment-success email/SMS.
2. Order confirmation – Our team verifies stock, packs the order, and books Careem.
3. Dispatch – Parcel collected by Careem; tracking link emailed/SMS-ed to customer.
4. Delivery – Driver contacts customer on arrival; customer signs or confirms in Careem app.
*Orders placed on public holidays are processed the next working day.

 

Delivery Times & Fees

Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman – Careem Standard – 1–2 business days – AED 23.10 (incl. VAT)
Abu Dhabi & other Emirates – Careem Inter-City – 2–3 business days – AED 23.10
UAE orders ≥ AED 250 – Free shipping (1–3 business days)
International – DHL Express – 5–10 business days – Fee calculated at checkout

Shipment Conditions

Goods leave our facility sealed and damage-checked.
If an outer carton arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the driver and email photos to info@daymalworld.com within 48 hours.
Temperature-sensitive items are packed with leak-proof seals.

Payment Confirmation

Immediately after checkout, the customer receives an automated payment-success email and SMS showing the order number, amount paid, and masked card details. A VAT e-invoice is attached to the email as a PDF. If you do not receive confirmation within 15 minutes, please contact us at info@daymalworld.com.

Failed Delivery / Re-delivery

Careem will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the order is returned to our warehouse; re-delivery is charged at AED 23.10.
Undelivered orders older than 14 days are automatically cancelled and refunded (minus shipping fees).
